Chief of Staff of the Algerian Army, Lieutenant General Said Chengriha, headed to Rwanda on an official visit.
The Algerian Ministry of Defense explained, in a statement, that this visit, which comes in response to the invitation of the Rwandan Chief of Defense Staff, Lieutenant General Mubarak Muvanga, comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the Algerian army and the Rwandan Armed Forces.
The statement added that the two parties will discuss issues of common interest.
