CAIRO, Apr. 6 (SEE)- Ahmed Al Suwaidi, founder and president of Al Suwaidi Education, said that the higher education system will witness a qualitative leap that will show its advantages in all aspects of life in Egypt.

He added during his participation in the Global Forum on Higher Education and Scientific Research that this change is expected at a time when the world is exposed to environmental crises, technological and data revolutions, which in turn are reflected in national economies and services provided by the state.

Al Suwaidi added that the way in which the political leadership is moving towards developing our educational systems is impressive. Their efforts are highlighted by their choice of 2019 as the "Year of Education".

More than 2,000 education experts and executives from 55 countries around the world are participating in the renewal of higher education and scientific research systems in Egypt. This initiative is a golden opportunity to share knowledge and experience as well as an open door to discover the latest creative and technological developments in education.

Mr. Ehab Salama, CEO of El Sewedy Education, said that their desire to sponsor this innovative forum stems from a deep belief in the importance of developing national education systems as well as relying on scientific research to improve the best and most civilized society.

This point alone lies in Egypt's Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development. For this reason, constantly working to host events and initiatives, such as the Global Forum on Higher Education and Scientific Research (GFHESR), and linking perse experiences from all walks of life are keys to success.

"Knowledge, on the other hand, is one of the leading projects in our higher education sector, bringing together a selection of the world's most renowned colleges in the fields of engineering, information technology, media and design and placing them on 50 acres in the new administrative capital.

Finally, the selection of the "new administrative capital" to host the first edition of this initiative was a milestone that shows the progress achieved by our country. Also, make sure that Knowledge Hub was among the first to establish a new campus in the new capital.
