Egyptian actress Menna Shalaby will participate in the Ramadan 2022 drama marathon alongside Ahmed Dawood.
The series will be produced under the working title of “Etegah Egbari” (Compulsory Direction ).
It is scripted by Mohamed Hesham Ebia and helmed by director Kamla Abu Zekri.
The series witnesses the second collaboration between Shalaby and Dawood after the 2016 film “Al Ma’ wal Khodra wal Wajh al Hassan” (Brooks, Meadows and Lovely Faces).
“Etegah Egbari” also marks the stars' comeback to the Ramadan marathon.
Shalaby made her last participation in the drama marathon with the 2017 TV series “Wahat Al-Ghoroub” (Sunset Oasis) starring opposite famed actor Khaled El-Nabawy.
Dawood also made his last participation in the marathon in the 2020 TV series "Luebat Al Nesyan" starring Dina El Sherbiny.
