Tunisian actress Enas El Neggar passed away on Monday after suffering medical complications, Acting Professions Syndicate board member, Azzoz Adel confirmed.
El-Neggar passed away after suffering a health crisis that led to her hospitalization and a coma.
Earlier, El-Neggar's sister announced her health condition through her Instagram page, revealing that she was admitted to the hospital and asking the public to pray for her.
In recent days, actress Mena Galal had asked the public to pray for El-Neggar after she fell into a coma, saying: "I hope we all pray for my dear friend, the beautiful actress Enas El-Neggar, as she is in desperate need of prayers; she is in the ICU in a coma."
The Tunisian actress began her career by participating in a music video of Bahaa Sultan, after which director Mohamed El-Neggar chose her to star in the film Mido Mashakel.
Their collaboration continued in films like Bahibek Ana Kaman and Ali Spicy.
Director Mohamed El-Neggar gave her the stage name "Enas El-Neggar."
Some of her notable films include Karkar, Ahsas, and Azbat Adam, and she also appeared in TV series such as Yetraba Fi Ezzou and Ali Mubarak.
