Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas, “Abu Mazen,” discussed with the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, the latest developments in the difficult situation in Palestine, according to a statement by the official Palestinian News Agency, “Wafa.”
During a phone call with President Maduro on Sunday, he stressed the need to immediately stop the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, protect them, and allow urgent humanitarian corridors to be opened to the Gaza Strip, provide medical supplies, and deliver water, electricity, and fuel to the citizens there.
President Abbas renewed his complete rejection of the displacement of the people of Palestine from the Gaza Strip.
