Algerian Foreign Minister (FM) Ramtane Lamamra arrived in Cairo on Saturday to discuss the latest preparations, ahead of the upcoming Arab summit, set to be held in Algeria.
During his visit, Lamamra will hold talks with Secretary-General of Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit, as well as several senior officials, foremost of which Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.

It is scheduled that, a delegation from the Arab League will travel to Algeria next Monday, to prepare for the summit, according to official sources.
The Arab summit was postponed for two years due to the Coronavirus pandemic, as it was scheduled for March 2020.
