Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly issued a Resolution that Khaled Atef Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research undertakes the responsibilities of Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population (MoHP) until her recovery.
The decision was published in the Official Gazette in its Friday morning issue.
Yesterday, the Public Prosecution took over investigations with officials of the Ministry of Health regarding what is attributed to them; at a time when Zayed suffered a heart attack.
