Amid rising regional tensions, seven airlines have canceled their flights to Israel.
The airlines affected include United Airlines, Delta, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Air India.
The cancellations follow reports of a Lufthansa flight from Munich to Tel Aviv diverting to Larnaca Airport in Cyprus before returning to Germany.
The crew reportedly refused to continue to Israel, according to the Times of Israel.
The Times of Israel also reported that around 70,000 passengers at Ben Gurion Airport are scrambling to catch the last departing flights, anticipating further cancellations.
Many are also trying to cancel their trips for fear of being stranded.
