The National Research Center held the sixteenth conference of the Institute for Medical Research and Clinical Studies and celebrated the golden jubilee of the Institute, as the Institute was established in 1974.
The center's medical research institute includes 16 departments, 9 clinical and 7 laboratory medicine.
The conference was held under the patronage of Dr. Hussein Darwish, Acting President of the National Research Center, at the Centre’s headquarters.
She stated: Dr. Iman Kamel, Acting Dean of the Medical Research Institute, said that the conference discussed the issue of linking scientific research and application to human health and treatments for various diseases in clinics and hospitals, in various fields of medicine covered by presidential initiatives, such as non-communicable diseases, obesity, tumors, and health. Reproductive medicine, women's and children's health, dermatology, cosmetology, laser and laboratory medicine in all its specialties.
A group of professors and scientists from the National Research Center in various medical fields attended and participated in the conference.
This conference is an important opportunity to exchange experiences and information between scientists and researchers in various medical fields. It also contributes to spreading awareness of the importance of scientific research in improving human health and treating diseases.
