1. Steak Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients (2 servings):

200g fettuccine pasta

250g steak (sirloin or ribeye)

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated parmesan

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions:

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and keep warm.

Season steak with salt and pepper and sear in a hot pan 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Rest before slicing.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
