The practice of sports in the holy month of Ramadan is very important, and it has many benefits that an inpidual can get.
Dr. Hanan Abdel-Fattah, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University, explains 5 benefits of exercising during Ramadan.
These benefits include:
1- Activate oxidation processes and energy production.
2- Increasing the efficiency of the muscles of the body.
3- Increasing the efficiency of the circulatory system.
4- Strengthening the immune system.
5- Eliminate inactivity and laziness.
6- Maintaining the integrity of the locomotor system.
Therefore, the practice of sport in Ramadan becomes a necessity to maintain the vitality and health of the body, as the daily life regime and body system change in Ramadan.
For this reason, the practice of sport becomes very important for strengthening muscles, health, and safety of the body and for taking advantage of the advantages of fasting.
