The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that 23 Palestinians were killed in separate Israeli strikes and shootings across the Gaza Strip since dawn.
In a statement carried by the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the ministry said that seven bodies were received at Al-Shifa Hospital, one at the Al-Ahli Arab (Baptist) Hospital, 13 at Al-Awda Hospital, and two at Nasser Hospital.
Israeli drone strikes also targeted the Al-Nasr neighborhood in western Gaza City, while Israeli forces reportedly blocked civil defense and ambulance crews from reaching the area.
The attacks add to the mounting toll in Gaza as hospitals continue to struggle with overwhelming casualties amid ongoing bombardments and shortages of medical supplies.
