Twelve people were injured earlier today, Monday, as a minibus overturned on Cairo-Ismailia desert road.
Several ambulances rushed to the scene and transferred the injured to a nearby hospital.
The public prosecution has been notified for further investigations.
"It is worth mentioning that, earlier this month, 16 people were killed and 18 others were injured in a road accident in South Sinai," the Health Ministry said in a statement.
The traffic accident took place due to tense fog.
