WHO Chief, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has reported that the conflict in Gaza has resulted in over 100,000 people being either dead, injured, or missing and presumed dead.

He has also raised concerns over the increasing famine, noting that it is only getting worse due to persistent hostilities and restricted humanitarian access.

Tedros further added that the Nasser Medical Complex, the largest hospital in the southern Gaza Strip, is only operating with one ambulance, with patients being brought in on donkey carts.

He also mentioned that WHO attempted to deliver food to the hospital on Tuesday but unfortunately, the aid was taken by crowds who were also desperate for food.
