As U.S. President Donald Trump was traveling to Louisiana, four motorcycles in the presidential motorcade had an accident.

The accident took place on Tuseday at 1:30 pm  when the motorcade departed Chennault International Airport in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Three officers were seen on the ground after they were injured and 2 officers were bleeding from their arms and shoulders.

As a result, the whole side of highway was closed to traffic.

The cops' condition is now stable and they’re getting the necessary treatment at a hospital near Lake Charles.

It’s worth mentioning that Trump’s visit to Louisiana aimed at following up the state’s infrastructure and US energy exports.

Louisiana is a state located in the deep south region of the south central United States.
