CAIRO, March.8 (SEE)- South Korea’s Ambassador to Egypt and his wife visited the Great Egyptian Museum located in El-Ramea square a while ago.
They were accompanied by Monument experts who guided them through a tour inside the restoration center and the construction site of the museum.
The tour included a visit to King Ramsis the Second’s statue, restoration chambers within the museum, a lab for restoring wood where the belongings of Golden King Tutankhamun is preserved, and a lab for restoring heavy tools which will be featured in the great drawer.
The ambassador expressed his admiration with this great project, in addition the great restoration technical abilities, in addition to the knowledge the monument specialists had.
