The fruit we have always associated with autumn is pomegranate. This red round fruit is rich in salt, and a range of vitamins. It also contains minerals that our body needs at this time of the year to face the impact of climate change and viral diseases as well as the harmful microbes that may infect the immune system.

Overall, Pomegranate seeds contain very powerful antioxidants, and its peel has three times the antioxidant activity of green tea. While Punic acid, found in pomegranate seed oil, has been shown to have powerful biological effects.
