Egypt Offers Condolences to UAE over Flood Victims

Egypt offered condolences to the UAE on Sunday over the victims of floods that swept through Emirates in the Arab country in the last two days.

The floods caused several deaths and injuries in addition to damages, which was occurred in public facilities and properties.

In a statement, Egypt's ministry of the Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere solidarity with the UAE over these floods, stressing that the UAE will be able to overcome this affliction.

Rain on Wednesday caused severe flooding in the northern emirates, leading to travel disruptions and home evacuations.

As a result of that, seven people died in the UAE because of these floods.
