Zamalek Vs Pyramids to Be Held with Fan Attendance

The Egyptian Football Federation announced on Thursday that the Cup final will be held on Sunday at the Burj El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria, with the allowance of fan attendance. The final is set to pit defending Champions and title holders Zamalek against the new face Pyramids in a thrilling and exciting match.

The Federation announced in their press conference "We were able to gain the approval from security officials to hold the Egyptian Cup Final at Sunday at 8:00 Pm Local time at the Burj El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria with the attendance of football fans".

Zamalek qualified for the final of this year’s Egyptian cup after defeating Alexandria’s Ettihad. Pyramids on the other hand qualified after easily defeating Petrojet with two clean goals.

The White giants will be looking to retain their coveted title in next Sunday's match, while Pyramids will aim to win their first major title ever since the club was bought and renewed.

Zamalek Manager Milutin Sredojević known as Micho is currently having the team go under a crucial physical training regiment in order to make sure his team is at their utmost physical potential before the awaited clash.

Pyramids on the other hand have remained silent about the preparations as the club is seeking to hand Zamalek a major defeat in their favorite competition.
