On Sunday, the Yemeni Authority of Antiquities and Museums announced a new archaeological discovery in Hadhramaut Governorate.
The authority's head, Riyad Ahmed Bakrmom told Saba News agency that the authority received a report of unearthing some caves while cutting a mountain in north-east Hadhramaut.
He added that the team's initial inspections of the site resulted in finding a number of tombs dating back to the ancient kingdom of Hadharmaut, saying that further studies will be conducted at the site.
