With the beginning of Autumn, we feel hunger more, so, is there a relationship between seasons and appetite? And how can we face these feelings without gaining more weight?
Nutritionist and Health and Wellness Coach Nora Abbas explained to SEE News that this phenomena is a natural one, because autumn is one of the seasons that drives human being to experience several mood swings.

Therefore, he starts to reach easy pleasures such as food, especially, it gives the human being temporary happiness. Once you eat, you will be happy, or, once you have chocolate, you will experience pleasure as it boots the production of "feel-good" brain chemicals.

Therefore, we start eat more quantities of carbs, and sweets to feel comfortable, and to improve our moods, especially, chocolate, so we have in more during autumn.

First step is drinking more water as weather conditions are turned to be more stable by Autumn. This causes lees feelings of thirst, and less drinking water periods.
This makes human being suffer from headache, and bad mood. So, Abbas expressed that eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, especially, the starchy ones such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato.
Nuts, granola and yogurt, drinking chocolate and cacao or having dark chocolate, and eating fish that carry fatty acids such as salmon.
