Veteran Egyptian actor Samir Sabry was transferred to a hospital on Tuesday.
In a statement, Maggie, Sabry's business manager, shared an update about his health.
She added that he was suffering from knee problems, which forced him to enter the hospital for a check up.
Maggie affirmed that Sabry was in good health and all claims about the deterioration of his health were unfounded.
The acclaimed star is an Egyptian singer, actor, and entertainer. He was born on December 27, 1936, in Alexandria.
Sabry graduated from Victoria College. he began his career by presenting the radio show “At your request” in the English language.
In 1959, he made his first appearance on the silver screen alongside famous Radio star Amaal Fahmy in Abdul Halim Hafez’s “Hekayet Hobb" (Love story).
