US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stressed that Russia's renewed aggression against Ukraine would have 'rapid', and 'serious' consequences.
This came during a phone call between Blinken and Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, the US State Department spokesman Ned Price, said.
Moreover, Blinken and Borrell discussed close coordination between the United States (US) and the European Union (EU), along with NATO allies and European partners, to respond to the continuing and very worrying Russian military build-up near Ukraine's borders.
