The United States Central Command said Iranian missile and drone attacks have decreased after the first 24 hours of what Tehran has called Operation Epic Wrath.
In a statement, the command said the pace of Iranian strikes slowed following the initial wave of attacks carried out during the first day of the operation.
The statement did not provide specific figures on the number of missiles or drones launched but indicated that the intensity of attacks had dropped compared with the early stages of the campaign.
The remarks come amid ongoing hostilities between Iran and Israel, which have raised concerns about the risk of a wider regional conflict in the Middle East.
Military and political leaders across the region continue to monitor developments closely as exchanges of strikes persist.
