The Higher Administrative Committee of the Cairo International Book Fair (CIBF) announced the postponing of the CIBF's upcoming edition to June 2021 during the first meeting of the committee yesterday.
It will take place between June, 30, 2021 to July 15, 2021.
Headed by the Culture Minister Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, the committee discussed the various issues concerning the impact of COVID-19 on the international conferences and book fairs.
The participation of upcoming edition's guest of honor, Greece, will be postponed to the following edition instead of the upcoming one.
Both sides are working tightly to reflect the depth of Egypt-Greece mutual cultural relation.
