On Wednesday, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will hold a session to discuss the Libyan file, the Permanent Representative of Libya to the United Nations, Taher El-Sonni said.
Libya will participate in the meeting that was intended to listen to the first briefing of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General Jan Kubis, El Sonni added in a tweet.
