The United Nations has confirmed that more than 2.2 million people have fled Ukraine so far, according to Al-Arabiya.

Ukraine's government has banned the export of wheat, oats and other staples that are crucial for global food supplies as authorities try to ensure they can feed people during Russia’s intensifying war, according to in a statement published on the Ukrainian government website on Wednesday.

European, Western and American countries imposed huge economic sanctions on Russia, and those sanctions also targeted Moscow’s leaders, led by President Vladimir Putin and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
In addition, Japan has expressed its willingness to work with the G7 countries to ban imports of Russian oil.
