The Russian and Ukrainian delegations are set to resume talks, via video conference, on Monday, citing high-level sources, according to the Russian news agency (TASS).

On Sunday, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky said that the delegates of the two countries should prepare and approve the text of the agreement, before talking about the possibility of holding a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

It is worth mentioning that the Russian-Ukrainian war entered its twenty-sixth day in a row with thousands of soldiers from both sides killed and millions displaced from the Ukrainian side, since the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.

Several countries have imposed significant economic sanctions on Moscow, in response to its invasion of Ukraine. In turn, Russia has responded by imposing personal sanctions on several American and Canadian leaders, led by US President Joe Biden.
