The United Kingdom commended Qatar’s role in mediating a ceasefire in the Middle East and its ongoing efforts to secure the release of all hostages.
The conversation began with a reference to the Qatari Emir’s upcoming visit to the United Kingdom in December, which will be his first official visit during Starmer’s term as Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Starmer expressed his welcome to the Emir in London, highlighting the importance of this visit in strengthening bilateral relations.
