Municipalité de Radès halted on Wednesday the all football activities in Rades for 15 days, with an option to renew the duration, because of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement, it added that this decision came as a precautionary measure to protect the country from the outbreak of the respiratory disease.
It also added that the suspension of the activities will last for 15 days and it could be renewed, according to the circumstances in the country.
It is worth mentioning that Rades has announced the registration of 113 new coronavirus cases.
Tunisia's national team were due to take on Sudan on Friday at Rades Stadium, before clashing against Nigeria in Austria.
