Today, the tourist pilgrim groups continued to reach the holy lands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj; members of the Egyptian mission of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, who are currently there under the supervision of Wael Hefny, Director of the Department of Inspection of Tourist Companies in the Ministry, welcomed them in their residences according to the programs of tourism companies.

Members of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and pilgrim guides were also present in hotels to welcome the pilgrims and receive Egyptian pilgrims with flowers and gifts.

Samia Sami, head of the Central Administration of Tourism Companies at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, confirmed the follow-up of the Egyptian mission committees of the ministry who are keen to provide all facilities to the pilgrims and overcome any problems, obstacles, or difficulties they may face during the performance of rituals of the Hajj in the Holy Land.

The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has allocated phone numbers for pilgrims and tourism companies to communicate directly with the Ministry’s inspection committee located in Makah on the number 0558835153, and those in Medina on the number 0551731706. All inquiries and complaints are received around the clock, whether by tourism companies or Egyptian tourism pilgrims while they are in the Holy Land.
