Tottenham thrashed Manchester City with two unanswered goals in the Premier League to keep the Citizens far away for Liverpool, who are at the top of the league with 19-point clear.

Bergwijn put Spurs ahead with a fantastic volley from the edge of the box in the 63rd minute.

Two minutes before Bergwijn's goal Oleksandr Zinchenko was sent off due to a foul on Harry Winks.

Son doubled the scoring in the 71st minute when he received a well-played pass from Ndombele and deflected shot going in at the near post.

In the 40th minute, Man City was given a penalty after the referee consulted the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) due to a foul on Aguero, but Lloris made a brilliant save to the penalty.
