There are some recipes that do not have a perfect taste unless eaten from restaurants, including burgers, shawarma, and tomeya— the perfect companion to sandwiches and complementary to the flavor.

Yousef also has great culinary techniques and skills, which she shared today with us in addition to the recipes of several yummy and delicious dishes. She is shared with us how to obtain the taste of the most famous restaurants for these meals.
*Burger
Ingredients:
Half ground beef
1 tsp of salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Bread, wet and squeezed
Directions
1- Mix ingredients together
2- Shape the form into thick circles. If you desire to have the same size, use a hamburger press or a natural yogurt container lid.
3- Drop a corn or sunflower oil on a Tefal pan, and cook the burgers on both sides.
4- Remove the burgers, slice the buns and put it open in the same pan, giving it the taste of the burgers, then take it off and add mayonnaise and ketchup while it is empty to spread it from above and below, then add the burgers while it is hot, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese, tomato, onion, Iceberg lettuce or Iceberg.

* How to make shawarma at home
Ingredients:
Half a kilo of thin-sliced chicken breasts
1 cup of chopped Green Peppers
2 medium onions
Bell pepper, color as desired
1 tsp of salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
2 Lemons
2 tbsp vinegar
Directions
1- Wash the chicken and soak it in water, vinegar, and salt, for cleansing.
2- Then we rinse it well, add spices, lemon, and vinegar, then leave in the marinade for no less than two hours in the refrigerator.
3- Drop a tbsp of corn oil on a Tefal pan, then add the chicken; when the chicken bouillon starts to dry, (approximately after about 10 minutes) we add the onions and bell pepper and stir.
Cooked it through for about 10–15 minutes on the stove, then remove it and add a pinch of chopped parsley.
You can make sandwiches or fatteh shawarma with broken pita breads and garlic. Enjoy!
* How to make Tomeya like a restaurant
Ingredients:
2 starch
1 cup of water
1 cup of yogurt
½ cup of corn oil
2 large clove garlic
½ tsp salt
Directions
Stir the starch in a cup of water, and then put it on the stove until it becomes a coherent texture.
Leave it to cool, then put it in the blender, and add two garlic cloves. It is better for it to be chopped with a yogurt cup and salt, stir for a little while, then add the oil little by little while stirring.
The success of the tomeya depends on how well it is mixed good, and with this, you have a wonderful tomeya dish.. Bon Appetit.
