Vera Ensemble to Perform First-Ever Concert in Egypt on Sat.

The Vera Ensemble of Russian Folk Music, led by conductor Alexei Puzakov, is slated to perform its first-ever concert in Egypt.

The concert will be held tomorrow, Saturday at the Tchaikovsky Theater at the Russian Cultural Center's headquarters in Dokki.

The event is open to the public and will take place at 7:00 PM (Cairo local time).

Vera was formed in 2018 at the Chernigov Patriarchal Compound in Moscow.

The ensemble consists of young opera singers, conductors, and composers who graduated from the best music universities in the country.

Vera frequently participates in bishops' services, charity concerts, and festivals.

The ensemble cooperates closely with contemporary composers from Russia and abroad.
