The first poster for the fourth Expendables movie, dubbed Expend4bles, has been released.

The fourth entry is a follow-up to 2013's "The Expendables 3" and is billed as the final outing in the action-packed franchise.

Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, and Randy Couture returning to reprise their roles for the fourth installment.

Arnold Schwarzenegger will not be returning for the final movie. The upcoming installment will also feature newcomers Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Megan Fox, Andy Garcia, Eddie Hall, Sheila Shah, Jacob Scipio, and Levy Tran.

The movie will see Statham as the primary star and Fox as the female lead.

"Expend4bles" is based on an original story by Spenser Cohen like all previous installments, who shares those duties with Max Adams and John Joseph Connolly for this project.

Serving as a producer on the sequel includes star act Statham alongside Avi Lerner, Les Weldon, Yariv Lerner, and Kevin King.

Lionsgate and Millennium Media are the studios behind the movie.

Since the premiere of "The Expendables 3" the franchise’s future has been in question. Talks about a fourth movie have been percolating for years but it didn’t officially get the green light until recently.

The first entry of the franchise, which pays homage to the blockbuster action movies of the late ’80s and early ’90s, was released in 2010 and directed by Stallone.

It featured cameos by Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Despite mixed reviews and modest box office revenues, the movie received two sequels, 2012’s “The Expendables 2” and 2013’s “The Expendables 3”, which each starred Stallone and Statham.

“The Expendables 2” also starred Chuck Norris, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, and Jean-Claude Van Damme, and the threequel featured Antonio Banderas, Jet Li, Wesley Snipes, and Kelsey Grammer.

The franchise collectively generated more than $800 million at the global box office.
