Thanaweya Amma (High school) exams started amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The students are required to give much more attention to their diet to boost their energy, immunity, and ability to focus.

Healthy balanced nutrition can be a powerful weapon that can give students the focus and energy they need, especially during the summer and the high temperatures, which requires consuming a large amount of water.

They should also give them popular fresh fruit juices such as lemon and mint juice, to provide them with energy.

Mothers should not let the students consume too much sugar, and to depend on honey as a sweetening agent to boost their immunity.
