Temperatures Continue to Drop across Egypt, Cairo 19°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts pleasant weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Tuesday.

Moderate weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

There are also chances of medium to heavy rainfall, sometimes thunderous, in the Northwestern Coast and Northern Lower Egypt.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between northwestern and southwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.25 and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Meanwhile, cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.

It is worth mentioning that, the EMA warned that Egypt will see severe weather fluctuations in Cairo, Alexandria, and other governorates.

A wave of bad weather including rain and severe drops in temperature is expected until the end of the week.

Qena, Luxor, Aswan 21C
