Talaat Mustafa Invests EGP 500 Billion in New Capital's "Nour Project"

Talaat Mustafa Group (TMG), a holding contractor company has launched officially the project named  “Nour City” in the area of Hadayiq Al Assemah ( in the new capital).

The company is expected to invest up to EGP 500 billion in the project.

Eng. Assem Al Gazzar, Minister of Housing, and Hisham Talaat  Mustafa, CEO of the company set the founding stone last Sunday according to a statement issued by the company.

The project covers six thousand acres (about 2,4 million square meters) and it includes 140 thousand housing units and villas that house about 600 thousand people in addition to commercial and administrative areas.

The company purchased the plot last January for EGP 28,4 billion and received it late in October 2020.
