Switzerland came in as an ultimate underdog against Brazil, as Brazil has been one of the favorites to win the title this year with it's wide range of talented players. From the beginning of the first the match seemed to be headed towards a one sided Brazilian beat down. The Brazilians kept attacking with all their fury, while the unorganized Swiss side seemed extremely worried and scared.
Philipe Coutinho opened the scoring with a beautiful blinding volley in the 20th minutes, from then on the Brazilians seemed to be heading towards wining with a large margin until the bell for the first half ended. Switzerland surprised the world in the second half by scoring a goal in the 50th minute with a well place header by Steven Zuber evening the score.
