Supply Minister: All Consumer Goods Available at "Ahlan Ramadan" Outlets at Reduced Prices

Ali Al-Moselhi, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade launched the "Ahlan Ramadan" exhibition on Saturday in Qalyubia Governorate.

During his inspection of the Ahlan Ramadan exhibition in Qalyubia Governorate, Al-Moselhi confirmed that large quantities of food and consumer goods, meat and poultry are being offered at discounts of up to 25 and 30% compared to their counterparts in the local market, saying: All food and consumer goods have been provided in the Ahlan Ramadan exhibitions.

The Minister of Supply said that the prices are very distinct, including the General Company for Wholesale Trade and all exhibitors have made real discounts on the goods displayed at the exhibition for the consumer.

In this context, Mohamed Attia Al-Fayoumi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qalyubia Chamber of Commerce said that the “Ahlan Ramadan” exhibitions are established every year and witness a large demand from citizens, which eases the burden of the low income citizen as basic goodsare provided at reduced prices.

The head of the Chamber of Commerce explained that the Chamber will continue to establish exhibitions successively in different regions, and is inspecting the most sites sent by the governorate to determine what is suitable for holding exhibitions of food commodities in cities and neighborhoods.

He pointed out that in the coming days, more than one exhibition will be prepared to meet the needs of the citizens of the governorate to provide all goods and products in the markets, stressing that the governorate have not witnessed any shortage of goods, and will be boosted continuously with food commodities.
