Sulaf Fawakherji, Husband Split after 23 Years

Syrian actress Sulaf Fawakherji and her husband director Wael Ramadan are splitting up after 23 years of marriage.

The actress announced Tuesday their separation on Instagram without sharing further details.

The former couple married in 1999 and welcomed two sons Hamza and Ali. They met while working on the TV series "El Gamal".

Ramadan and Fawakherji split in 2004. The reason for the separation was claimed to be Syrian actress Caresse Bashar.
