Spanish Foreign Minister (FM) José Manuel Albares will start a two-day visit to Morocco on Wednesday.
The visit is the first by a Spanish foreign minister to Morocco since the two countries normalized relations in December 2021.
According to Moroccan news agency MAP, Spanish diplomatic sources have said that the two-day visit of Spanish FM to Morocco on Wednesday aims to strengthen bilateral relations in a variety of fields, especially political, economic, trade, and linguistic ones.
The sources added that Albares will hold talks with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita during the visit.
