Sisi Inaugurates Housing Projects in Badr City

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inaugurated Saturday several housing projects in Badr City; northeastern Cairo, according to Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.

During his speech, Sisi said that the Egyptian state is working according to an integrated context for development.

"Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said that in 1900, we were about 9 million, and after 100 years we remained more than 100 million. Thus, the population growth is beyond the capacity of the country leading to, the destruction of the state," Sisi added.

He stressed that the issue of awareness is the most dangerous issue facing societies in the world pointing out that "the population growth and the issues and problems that society has faced over the past 40 years must be linked."

Sisi affirmed that there is a plan to put the New Administrative Capital Company on the stock exchange during the coming period, explaining: “Our capital account workers will enter the stock exchange as soon as possible. The solvency in the company’s fund is LE 100 billion. We are talking about liquid funds amounting to LE 100 billion for the Administrative Capital Company."

The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, Minister of Defense Mohamed Zaki, Minister of Housing Assem el Gazzar, and army commanders and senior state officials.

The president said that the goal of national projects; implemented by the state is improving the living conditions of citizens.
