Sisi Follows up on Martyrs Honor Fund's Performance

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met today, Monday, with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Major General Mohamed Amin, Advisor for Financial Affairs.

The meeting dealt with a review of the activity and work of the Martyrs Honor Fund during the last period and the benefits and services it provides in coordination with all state agencies in this regard, according to Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.

Sisi said the Martyrs Honor Fund pay the material compensation due to the beneficiaries of the Fund’s work in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 16 of 2018, in one payment during the month of September 2021, stressing the commitment to quickly disburse all compensation for the benefit of families and inpiduals benefiting from the fund, as well as the continuation of working on developing the Fund's programs, managing its financial mechanisms, and developing its resources for the benefit of the families of the martyrs and the injured.

Major General El-Ghaly, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Martyrs Honor Fund, and Major General Ahmed Al-Ashal, Executive Director of the Fund took part in the meeting.
