Saudi king congratulates Trump

Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, congratulated Donald Trump, on his victory in the presidential elections in the United States of America, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Donald Trump was elected the 47th president of the United States after winning the votes of Wisconsin to clear the 270 electoral votes that he needed to reach the White House. 

He gained 277 votes.

Earlier, Trump declared victory in the presidential election.

Trump told his supporters: “We’re going to help our country heal."

“We’re going to fix everything about our country.”

“We made history for a reason tonight,” he said. “This will truly be the golden age of America.”

“I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honor of being elected your 47th president, and your 45th president,” he added.

“I will fight for you, for your family and your future every single day. I will be fighting for you with every breath in my body. I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America,” he concluded.
