The Saudi Arabian Embassy in Beirut has issued a call for all Saudi citizens to leave Lebanon immediately amid escalating tensions in the region.

This follows the embassy's previous advisories against traveling to Lebanon.

In a statement released on the platform "X," the embassy emphasized the importance of adhering to the travel ban and urged all Saudi citizens currently in Lebanon to depart without delay.

The embassy also stressed the need for citizens to contact the embassy in case of any emergency.

Recently, several European and regional countries have announced plans to evacuate their citizens from Lebanon due to the ongoing confrontations between Israel and Hezbollah, which have been intensifying for months.

On June 21, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated its call for all Kuwaiti citizens to avoid traveling to Lebanon at this time, citing the continuous security developments in the region.
