Russia Expresses Concern Over Escalating Tensions on Lebanese-Israeli Border

Russia has expressed concern over the escalating tensions on the Lebanese-Israeli border. 

In a statement, Moscow urged all parties in the Middle East to exercise restraint and avoid actions that could further escalate the situation in the region.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces continue to launch hundreds of airstrikes and artillery bombardments across Gaza, committing massacres against civilians and carrying out atrocities in areas of incursion, amidst a catastrophic humanitarian situation due to the ongoing siege and the displacement of over 90% of the population.

Israeli warplanes have destroyed entire residential blocks in Gaza as part of a comprehensive destruction policy in their ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip.

Thousands of victims, both dead and injured, remain trapped under the rubble due to the continuous bombardment and the dangerous field conditions, exacerbated by the tight siege on the Strip and severe restrictions on the entry of fuel and vital emergency aid to alleviate the catastrophic humanitarian situation.
