The conclusion of the men's and women's singles of the Fencing World Cup was held today, within the World Cup competitions (singles and teams).
The tournament was held on (23-26) February, at the club's club in the New Administrative Capital, with the participation of 368 players (202 men and 166 women) from 45 countries
U.S. champion Alexander Masiales won gold at the World Cup and Italy's Tommaso Mardini took silver.
Italy's David Philby and France's Enzo Levor won the bronze medals after being defeated in the semi-finals by Tommaso Marini and Alexandre Mascialas.
For women, Italy's Martina Favareto beat Martina Pattini 15-7 to win gold.
USA champion Lee Kiffer and Julia Klimazcic won the bronze medals after losing the semi-finals.
