A Turkish press report revealed Wednesday that Zamalek football team striker Mostafa Mohamed will head to Turkey, Thursday, in order to join the Turkish Galatasaray on loan during the current winter transfers window.

The Turkish newspaper "Milliyet" reported that Mostafa Mohamed would move on loan to Galatasaray for a period of a year and a half for $2 million.

The newspaper indicated that Galatasaray Club has the option to finally purchase Mostafa Mohamed, in exchange for paying 4.5 Million Dollars.

Galatasaray boss Fatih Terim has recently expressed his desire to reinforce his offense line by signing the top scorer of Zamalek during the current winter transfers window.

The last period saw attempts by the French Saint Etienne club to include Mostafa Mohamed, but the Zamalek administration refused to give up the player in favor of the French club after their recent statements about the desire of some people to "get a commission" from selling the player.

Mostafa Mohamed participated with Zamalek in three matches during this season, the last of which was against Aswan last Saturday, which has ended with a goalless draw.
