Brazilian winger Raphinha has reportedly made a final decision regarding his future, opting to remain with FC Barcelona beyond the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
According to Spanish outlet Sport, the player received lucrative offers from clubs in the Saudi Pro League, including significant financial incentives to secure his transfer during the upcoming summer window.
Despite the interest, Raphinha has decided to continue his career at Barcelona, providing clarity for the club’s management, which had been monitoring his situation closely. His potential departure would have forced the club to search for a replacement in the attacking line.
With his future now settled, Barcelona is expected to shift its focus toward signing a central striker as part of its transfer strategy.
Raphinha is currently under contract with Barcelona until 2028, although the club is reportedly considering offering him an extended long-term deal.
Barcelona is set to host Rayo Vallecano on Sunday at Camp Nou in La Liga, as the Catalan side looks to strengthen its position at the top of the standings and continue its strong run of form.
